Terms and Services
Please read carefully the terms and services of this agreement. By clicking on the “Install”, you acknowledge that you are accepting terms and services of this agreement and that you have understood and been bound by all the terms and services. If you disagree with our terms and services, click on the “I Decline” button and Neoboard will not be installed on your device.
- Acceptance of services
The service provided by Neoboard as services as a means of protecting your privacy. We may update Terms and Services by posting a new version on our website and continued use of services after any such update binding acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree with terms and services then you should discontinue all use of the services immediately. - Description of services
Besides, Neoboard offers some subscribers the ability to translate the message into more than 200. Its message templates allow the user to send customised wishes to the customers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment, expand or enhance the current service shall be subject to this Terms and Services.
(a) Neoboard is a paid, auto-renewing subscription service. If you purchase a subscription by accepting our Free Trial offer, you are agreeing to automatic (recurring) billing, and agree to pay the charges made to your account. Your Subscription, and annual billing of your account, will continue indefinitely until cancelled by you.
Your membership or subscription might renew if you don’t cancel your membership or subscription more than 24 hours before your renewal date.
(b) Your membership begins when you have completed the Free Trial sign-up process. At the end of your Free Trial, you will begin to be billed annually, until you cancel. Once we begin to bill you, cancellations take effect starting at the end of your current billing period. Sorry–there are no refunds on Neoboard subscriptions for billing periods that have already lapsed. As long as you cancel your Free Trial membership more than 24 hours before the end of the Free Trial period, you will not be charged.

Your information that is provided at other times during your use of services, is subject to our Privacy policy. Please take a few minutes to read our Privacy Policy. - Free trial, Auto payment, and refunds
Neoboard is a paid, auto-renewing subscription service. If you purchase a subscription by accepting our free trial offer, you are agreeing to automatic billing, and agree to pay the charges made to your account. Your subscription, monthly, quarterly, and annual billing of your account, will continue indefinitely until cancelled by you. Your membership begins when you have completed the free trial sign-up process. At the end of your free trial, you will begin to be billed automatically, until you cancel. If you cancel your free trial membership more than 24 hours before the end of free trial period, you will not be charged. - User conduct
By using the services, it is your user responsibility to know, understand and abide by rules of use. These rules are not meant to be exhaustive, and Neoboard reserves the right to determine what types of conduct it considers to be inappropriate use of the services and to take such measures as it fits. Neoboard reserves the right to add to or amend a list of rules at any time. - Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend or hold Neoboard from any claim, demand made by the third party users, any transaction resulting from use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of these Terms, any connection with User Materials submitted, and/or your violation of any rights of another. - Changes to services
Neoboard reserves the right to modify or discontinue the services permanently or temporarily with or without any notice. You must agree that Neoboard will not be held liable or responsible to you or any third party for any suspension, modification or discontinuation of services. - Termination
You must agree that Neoboard with or without any notice to you or third party can terminate the access to the restricted areas on the grounds of request by law enforcement or government agencies, on request of user, violation of the Terms and Services, unexpected security or technical issue, material modification of services, or for any other reason as Neoboard sees right. Termination of your account includes removal of your access to all offerings within the service;s restricted areas and banning use of the service’s restricted areas. - Links
Neoboard won’t be responsible for the sites and resources provided in the services as Neoboard do not have any control on external websites and resources. You further acknowledge that Neoboard shall not be responsible for direct, indirect for any loss or damages caused by such links. - Our rights
All titles, ownership, property rights are owned by the Neoboard. You further agree that service consists of confidential information and propertiartory that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You agree not to change, modify, loan, rent, sell or create derivative services based on Neoboard service whole or part. - Disclaimer
You agree that:
- The services provided based on “as available”. Neoboard disclaim all types of warranties in any kind. Neoboard assumes no responsibility for deletion, timeliness, or failure of any content.
- No information obtained from Neoboard whether oral or written shall create any warranty not stated in the Terms and services.
- No Third party beneficiaries
You agree that no third party except as otherwise expressed in Terms and services shall be beneficiaries to this agreement. - Disputes
We believe that arbitration is a faster, more convenient and less expensive way to resolve any disputes or disagreements that you may have with us. Therefore, according to this Visitor Agreement, if you have any dispute or disagreement with us regarding (i) your use of or interaction with theNeoboard, (ii) any purchases or other transactions or relationships with Neoboard, or (iii) any data or information you may provide to Neoboard , you will not have the right to pursue a claim in court, or have a jury decide the claim and you will not have the right to bring or participate in any class action or similar proceeding in court or arbitration. You agree to binding arbitration as provided below.
We will make every reasonable effort to informally resolve any complaints, disputes, or disagreements that you may have with us. If those efforts fail, by using the Neoboard, you agree that any complaint, dispute, or disagreement you may have against Neoboard, and any claim that Neoboard may have against you, arising out of, relating to, or connected in any way with this Visitor Agreement, our Privacy Policy.
